The hygienic standard for starch products (GB 2713-2003) stipulates the hygienic requirements and inspection methods for starch products, such as index requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements for production and processing, packaging, marking, storage and transportation. This standard is applicable to starch products made from cereals, potatoes, legumes and other plants. This standard is not applicable to starch made from cereals, potatoes, legumes and other plants.
